一、System solutions

The system equipment was electric hoist machine, and the lifting part was used to lift the material up and down. The material was generally 6 tons. The frequency converter equipment requires for high frequency starting torque, no jitter and fast response speed, no mechanical failure during lifting process, and the speed was stable.

The system of electric hoist machine was equipped with V5-H speed control special frequency drive. It adopts V/F control mode and uses terminal to control the rotation and achieve the production process of rise and fall. Multi-section digital voltage was given by multi-section frequency. Terminal wiring was shown in the figure above. Adding a braking resistor can achieve a better lifting function.

During the Commissioning process, V&T special frequency drive has stable output when low speed was up at 1HZ , the torque was large and no jitter. Commissioning effect was very good. Reflecting our products can meet customer needs in low frequency output.

In the case of 1HZ, our products can upgrade and fall 6 tons of heavy objects well, and the output was stable, and the low-frequency torque was large. When some other brands use vector control low frequency, 3HZ can run. In the crane we have a very good effect in the V / F control mode.
