V&T helps a steel rope company to update and upgrade the multi-head wire drawing machine!

Recently, V&T successfully completed the transformation and upgrading of multi-head wire drawing machine for a wire rope company (hereinafter referred to as the customer). This upgrade not only rejuvenated the production line, but also brought unprecedented production efficiency and product quality improvement to this customer.

In order to meet the continuous demand for high-end products in the market, customers decided to completely transform the existing multi-head wire drawing machine. After in-depth research and demonstration, V&T has tailored a brand-new solution for this customer.

This transformation involves two multi-head wire drawing machines, one is a 30-head wire drawing machine and the other is an 8-head wire drawing machine. These two production lines are equipped with more than 120 motors, with motor power ranging from 5.5kW to 18.5kW. The industrial control team of V&T System responded quickly and cooperated closely to overcome technical problems and ensure the smooth delivery of the project.

The products used in the project are all high-quality products from V&T, including the V9 series high-performance frequency converter, VC10V simple motion small PLC, and DP-2000 series 10.1-inch HMI. These advanced devices not only enhance the automation level of the production line, but also ensure the stability and reliability of the production process. At the same time, this is also the first time that the customer has completely replaced the products of a certain first-line brand, choosing V&T as a new partner with more advanced technology and equipment. During on-site debugging, the equipment supplier, Nan's technology team, adopted the wireless debugging equipment from V&T, significantly reducing the debugging cycle and ensuring the rapid production of the equipment.

The project was successfully completed and put into production in the first half of 2024. The new multi-head wire drawing machine production line runs stably, and the production efficiency has also been significantly improved, winning high recognition from customers. The customer sent the acceptance letter of multi-head wire drawing machine project, expressing satisfaction with the professional ability and efficient service of V&T.
